The answer is "None of the Above". Raymond Burr was such a sublime fit for Perry Mason that you can't even imagine another actor in the role.

If my AARP member memory serves, Raymond Burr read/was considered for the role of Hamilton Burger at first, and, seeing him, Erle Stanley Gardner said, "That's Perry Mason." And the rest was history.
